Here, we will show you our complete business process, from initial client contact to final product delivery. Our aim is to ensure every client clearly understands how their projects are meticulously handled and that we maintain the highest industry standards at every step.
Whether you are a first-time inquirer or a long-term partner, the information provided here will help you better understand how we cater to your needs, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free collaboration every time.
Your logos should be provided in vector file formats such as .AI, .PSD, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF.
Tech packs, or if unavailable, at least three high-resolution reference images or sketches showing different views.
Files for prints, embroidery, concepts, and packaging must be in vector format and clearly indicate dimensions.

Upon receiving your inquiry, we will promptly communicate with you to confirm various project details. Please provide as much detailed information as possible in your inquiry.
Upon receiving your design, we will promptly prepare and send a customized price estimate for your project.
If you are a startup without a design, you can share your ideas or product links from Amazon. Based on the provided information, we will create a tailored price estimate.
Don’t have a tech pack? No problem—we can draft and design one for you. The tech pack will include all necessary technical information, details, and instructions, which will be relayed to our factory’s sample development team to create your garment samples.
During the material sourcing process, our in-house design team will work on finalizing the details and developing tech packs for your designs. These tech packs will be sent to you for approval before we start on the samples. Please note that, since everything is created from scratch, it typically takes two rounds of samples to perfect all the details and prepare for bulk production.
Once you are satisfied with the samples and have approved them, we will commence bulk production. During the bulk production process, please refrain from requesting changes as these should have been confirmed beforehand.
We conduct quality checks at every step. Upon completion of bulk production, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure there are no issues. We will mend any pieces and correct any issues before the products are sent to the packaging department.
We’ve reached the final step! We will handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for your products to be shipped to your doorstep. At this stage, you will be required to make the final payment for the balance and shipping before we dispatch your products. Of course, these costs were confirmed beforehand.

Q:What is your returns and refunds policy?
A:At Modaknits Apparel, we take pride in our quality and are confident in our products. However, if you find any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.If there are any concerns regarding the quality of the product, please email us with your order details and high-resolution photos of the issues.
As all our orders are custom-made, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we can issue a credit note to cover the full cost of your order, which can be used for future purchases with us.
