Answer: At Modaknits Apparel, we take pride in our quality and are confident in our products. However, if you find any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.
If there are any concerns regarding the quality of the product, please email us with your order details and high-resolution photos of the issues.
As all our orders are custom-made, we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we can issue a credit note to cover the full cost of your order, which can be used for future purchases with us.
